This offer is valid for new students only. Offer cannot be combined with family discount. All deposits and payments towards tuition are non-refundable.
East Coast Karate reserves the right to alter the days and/or hours of operation, the curriculum and the amount of classes you’re entitled to attend, if deemed necessary. East Coast Karate does not guarantee that you will reach a certain level of competence within any specific time frame and that students’ obtaining a certain defined level of competence may be either delayed or accelerated due to changes in the curriculum or as deemed necessary by East Coast Karate. The student and co-signer agree unconditionally to pay the above tuition without regard to the attendance made or classes missed, until paid in full.
Cancellation Terms:
If you wish to cancel any contract, you may cancel by mailing or hand delivering a written notice by certified or registered mail to the school. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by this contract and must be delivered or mailed before midnight of the third business day after you sign this contract. You may cancel this contract if you relocate your residence further than 25 miles from any school operated by East Coast Karate. This contract may also be cancelled in a case of death, permanent or long-term disability, or if the school ceases operation at the location where you entered into this contract. You must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which shall be enclosed with the written notice of disability sent to the school.
Late Payments and Fees:
Any payments not received within two weeks of the due date will result in a $25 Late Fee, which may be withdrawn automatically if applicable. An extended delay of tuition payment may result in further collection procedures and/or legal action.
If a check is returned, there will be a $35 Non-Sufficient Funds Fee.
