This class is designed for those who have earned a rank of Yellow Belt or higher.
Specifically designed for our youngest martial artists, the Little Dragon’s program focuses on Ages 4 to 7. Our training will enhance students’ balance, hand/eye coordination, body strength and flexibility. Not only will your child develop physically, but they will also build a solid foundation to overcoming obstacles in life.
This program introduces students into core values to contribute to building character. Our main focuses are self-control, respect, obedience, integrity, and an indomitable spirit. At an impressionable age, students are led by example in order to become well-disciplined, successful martial artist. We incorporate just the right amount of fun to channel their energy into developing their strength and coordination. Our instructors are enthusiastic about inspiring the youngest students to strive for Black Belt Excellence by offering progressive learning exercises to not only help in class but also in school and at home.
At such a young age, a child may be exposed to some type of danger from a person bigger and stronger than them. Our self-defense curriculum introduces students to what type of attackers they may encounter, what type of physical contact is appropriate and inappropriate, and who they may tell when these attacks occur.
