Try out your first lesson free! We'll go over the basics of Tang Soo Do, our programs, and any questions or concerns you may have!

What To Expect:
Before the beginning of the lesson, the instructor will have the student or parent/legal guardian (if minor) sign a waiver and answer any questions or concerns they may have. We'll send a digital waiver right to your email!

The lesson will be roughly 30 - 45 minutes long. We'll go over how we run our classes, Korean traditions we follow, basic blocks, kicks, rolls, and self defense!

The last 15 minutes will be spent with the student and parent/legal guardian to get you set up for your week free trial!

What To Bring and Wear:
Students should wear comfortable athletic clothing. Spandex is recommended to be worn under loose shorts.

Please remove all jewelry for safety. New piercing that cannot be removed are recommended to be covered with a bandage or athletic tape.

Long hair should be pulled back away from face.

We do train barefoot! Students will be instructed to remove shoes before entering the training mat.

Please bring your own water bottle! Fountains are currently shut off in the building due to COVID-19.

Please wear a face mask while waiting in the lobby. Students will remove face masks during training. We have sanitized baskets and cubbies for you to put your belongings in.
