Teens & Adults Martial Arts in Huntsville
This class is designed for all ranks, including beginners and white belts.
Our Teens and Adults program focuses on Ages 14 and older. Our training will enhance students’ balance, hand/eye coordination, body strength and flexibility. Not only will your child develop physically, but they will also build a solid foundation to overcoming obstacles in life. Students will learn integrity, concentration, perseverance, humility, self-control, respect, obedience, and form an indomitable spirit.
Our program is dedicated to molding teens into well rounded young adults, providing them with the tools they need to be successful not only in class, but also at home and at school. Students are able to build confidence in a positive environment, allow for teens to have a healthy self-esteem while reducing the stress of being left behind. Students are only tested when ready, allowing them to feel fully confident and sufficiently prepared.
Whether it is your first time taking martial arts or you have taken it before as a child, this program offers a spot for adults of all levels. While learning the curriculum, adults are offered customized strength and flexibility training to suit their needs and aide in their success. We focus more in depth on the technical information and technique when executing skills. This prepares our students for their Black Belt Test and gives them enough information to become assistant instructors and possibly future Masters and Grandmasters.
